Returns Policy for Loud Canna Co:

Timeframe: The return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging and sealed. Loud Canna Co will reject returns if these conditions are not met.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase: To complete a return, a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in their system is required.

Damaged or Missing Products/Order: If you receive an order with product damage, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, etc., take a picture of the products immediately and email them, along with a brief description of the problem, to loudcannaco@outlook.com or directly to your account manager for assistance.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): There may be processing time before a refund is posted. Loud Canna Co. will notify you once a refund has been issued so you can track its progress. If you’ve received the refund notice but haven’t received the funds in your account after 10 business days, please contact them at loudcannaco@outlook.com.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable after purchase, and all sales on sale items are final.
